Changing rooms, objects and equipment in custody, lost objects

3.1 CHANGING ROOM AND LOCKERS

(Access to the changing room) Access is only permitted with swimming pool slippers, shoes must be placed in the appropriate spaces before accessing the changing room. Customers must undress and redress in the changing rooms which are divided into women and men. Only one person is allowed in each changing room cabin at a time, with the sole exception of people needing assistance. Access is permitted with a transit wheelchair for disabled people; It is not possible to access with strollers for girls. You can use the showers and hairdryers in the changing room. It is forbidden to stay beyond the normal dressing and hair drying times which must be quick to allow all participants in the activities to use the services. It is forbidden to eat or leave personal objects or clothing on benches, tables or hanging in the changing room.

(Personal objects) All personal effects and clothing must be left in the lockers available in the changing room area. They cannot be brought into the swimming pool area or in places other than the changing rooms. The lockers are not for the exclusive use of customers, therefore they are prohibited from being permanently closed. The locker must be left open and usable at the end of your turn accessing the facility. In order to allow all users to use the lockers provided on a rotating basis, their use is to be considered exclusive but temporary. The Management, in the presence of the customer, can request the opening of the locker provided and check its contents. The Management reserves the right to open the lockers which will be closed at the end of the day’s shift. The lockers are not guarded.

3.2 OBJECTS AND EQUIPMENT IN CASE

(Objects stored at the reception: precious objects) It is expressly forbidden to use the locker as a deposit for money, precious objects and goods of any nature and type with a total value exceeding €100.00. The Hotel Terme Millepini and Y-40® offers customers a storage service at the management for personal objects exceeding a total value of €100.00. At the spa it is not allowed to leave valuable objects unattended which must be delivered to the hotel reception. Personal, non-valuable objects must be kept in sight and reported to the service staff. The Hotel Terme Millepini and Y-40® are exempt from any liability arising from use of the locker other than that specified above.

(Equipment in custody) Equipment can be delivered for safekeeping only following specific authorization. The stored equipment will be stored in special rooms identified by the Management. The Management informs that in the event of theft and/or loss of the goods, they will be compensated at 30% and in any case not exceeding €100.00. If goods of appreciable value (over €100) are left in custody, the Management informs that the owner will have to take out a specific insurance policy against theft.

The Hotel Terme Millepini and Y-40® are not responsible for any damage to the goods in custody due to wear and/or misuse by persons authorized by the companies.

3.3 LOST ITEMS

(Lost objects – Lost & Found) Please remember that for hygienic-sanitary reasons, forgotten clothing and personal items will be disposed of on the same day and will not be retained.
