Lost & Found conditions
(Lost objects – Lost & Found) Please remember that for hygienic-sanitary reasons, forgotten clothing and personal items will be disposed of on the same day and will not be retained.
In the case of forgotten equipment or documents, these will be available for collection or shipping for 24 hours after they are found. After this deadline the objects will be disposed of.
The fee varies depending on weight, volume, destination and market fluctuations.
The shipping price will be indicated once the destination and dimensions of the material to be shipped are known.
Y-40® entrusts the shipping service to POSTE ITALIANE or MAIL BOXES who in turn choose the appropriate logistics service for the transport and delivery of sent envelopes or packages.
The recipient’s address must be written via email to info@y-40.com (within 24 hours, in fact) and the recipient is responsible for receiving it. If the service provides it, we will provide you with the shipping number so that you can trace the route independently.
An alternative to this service is to organize and book the transport yourself and have the forwarder appointed by you reach Y-40®. The waybill must be sent to Y-40® within 24 hours of finding the objects. Beyond this deadline the objects will be disposed of.
