Y-40® instructors, through Padi Freediver courses and personalized training, will lead you in learning with simple but detailed lessons, both on the surface and in thermal water (32-34°C), adapting them to the students’ abilities.
The Y-40® freediving school is a safe and controlled environment: an indoor gym where you can focus on your freediving exercises without distractions, low temperatures, waves or weather.
Thanks to the transparency and temperature of the thermal water, and the platforms at different depths, Y-40® offers perfect conditions for everyone to enjoy freediving courses.
Y-40® is considered an open water body, like a lake, allowing you to complete courses without leaving the facility.
Once you have obtained your PADI certification, recognized worldwide, you can head to the sea for mindful and fun dives!
It is possible to attend private courses on dates and times based on your availability. You can book alone or with your friends.
Special rate are reserved if you will stay overnight in our hotel – Hotel Terme Millepini.
You can take equalization lessons to eliminate the effects of pressure on your ears.
The freediving school also offers Junior courses (8-14 years) for children who want to live the dream of freediving or diving with a mermaid tail!

Promotion activities are in accordance with institutional goals and are necessary for the development and promotion of national amateur sports.
For those who apply for institutional activities, the company will arrange for their membership in one of the federations or sports bodies to which it is affiliated.
