Intro
Padi Scuba Diver is the first scuba diving course for begginers. The course takes place entirely in Y-40®, in thermal water, where you can attend lessons at any time of the year, even during winter.

Requirements
Pre-requisites: previous scuba diving experiences not needed. Basic swimming skills are required.
Minimum age: 15 years old

Medical certificate: non-competitive medical certificate with ECG (electrocardiogram) or a medical certificate of fitness for diving is mandatory.

This reservation is non-refundable. To book, advance payment is required.
The prepaid non-refundable course is offered with a fixed schedule. In the event of an absence, the make-up lesson costs € 99. Upon presentation of a medical certificate of illness, you can make up only one lesson for free. For extended absences, the management is available to discuss the best option for continuation.
(Flexible prepaid rate) The flexible prepaid rate requires payment of deposit, as indicated in the document, and balance at the facility, without requiring prepayment of the full amount. A credit card is required to make the reservation, or bank transfer upon confirmation of the reservation request by phone or email, as indicated. The flexible rate allows for changes up to the specified date without penalty. Subsequent changes will result in the loss of the entire deposit paid. If a change is received within the time limit, it is possible to request a voucher, in the same amount as the deposit paid, valid 365 days from the date of its issuance or by the date indicated on the document. The flexible prepaid rate can only be used for booking stays but not activities, which are subject to limited conditions and availability. Only web booking, ensures the right to access the facility on the day and time indicated in the reservation. Reservations can be made at the venue subject to availability of times and organizational needs. The reservation is not nominal and validity is limited to the dates booked. Once checked in, the service is nominal and use cannot be transferred to a third party. No additional discounts or conventions apply to the flexible prepaid rate. If you have a special convention of discounted rates please indicate it in your reservation. Any convention will be applicable on the portion rate related to what is specified in the agreement.
(Cancellations) We remind you that in case of delays or cancellations, the amounts paid are not refundable. In compliance with what is specified in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 185/99, there is no right of withdrawal for this presale, since it is, according to what is stated in paragraph b) of: provision of services related to leisure, for which the supplier undertakes to provide such services on a specific date or in a predetermined period. The Right of Withdrawal provided for in Articles 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code does not apply, right Art. 59 paragraph 1 letter n) of the same code; pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to hotel reservations. Therefore, there is no refund of the price of the service paid/spent/booked/used, in case of cancellation by the buyer. The service cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, or used to purchase other products, educational materials and merchandise. In case of no show (no-show on the date of arrival or at the time of the start of activities) will occur the loss of the entire amount paid and the cancellation of the reservation.

Padi Scuba Diver is the first step to become a diver.
Are you a sea and nature lover? Are you looking for adventures and unforgettable emotions? Do you want to find your calm and listen only to your breath? You can find all this by taking part in your first scuba diving course.
For the course, you’ll need to complete the first three theory chapters through autonomous study via e-Learning with a digital book.
Then you will start in shallow water in Y-40® together with our instructors, performing exercises to learn the correct use of the equipment. Each lesson in the water will be a real dive. Thanks to Y-40®’s depth, you’ll be able to practice equalizing pressure on your ears. By learning to manage your breathing, you’ll be able to control your buoyancy in the water.
You will learn to:

Manage your breath while maintaining hydrodynamic trim.
Equalize water pressure on your ears and mask.
Scuba Diver certification certifies the ability to dive to depths of up to 12 meters, always accompanied by a diving professional.
You will receive the e-card in digital format in the PADI app, this certification is recognized worldwide.
Once you have completed the PADI Scuba Diver course you can continue, during the summer, your journey to becoming an autonomous diver by taking the upgrade course to Open Water Diver (-18m) >
