First experiences are for everybody!
Children and adults who have no experience in freediving (holding their breath underwater), or scuba diving (breathing air from tanks) or want to enter the water with a mermaid tail, will now be able to live their dream!
Whether you are a beginner, with a little fear of depth, or a water lover with some experience, but still without a license, you will find professional Y-40® instructors who will accompany you on a gradual dive, suitable for your abilities, safe and fun, from shallow water up to a maximum of -12 meters.*
*Participation in the lesson does not imply a priori reaching the maximum depth which can be different for each person depending on their abilities and comfort. Children may have different depth limits.
First experiences with other participants are available on days proposed by Y-40®, or private experiences on dates and times chosen by you.

It is possible to organize team building for companies, sports teams, associations and guided tours of Y-40® for schools and universities in which a first experience in the water is integrated into the classroom part.
