Description
The ticket includes admission for a certified diver and the supervision of a professional guide from Y-40® The Deep Joy. In fact, diving safety is ensured by the supervision of a Y-40® professional instructor or divemaster, who will act as a buddy during the experience up to 30 meters of depth.

Safety/Guide
Book for yourself or for more than one person at times offered by Y-40®. Hours are open for purchase for up to 3 participants. You will share the dive with other people in a session led by the Y-40® safety/guide.

Modify/Cancel
Flexible
You can modify or cancel up to 30 minutes before, with a 15% penalty. You will receive a voucher valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Refundable
You can modify or cancel up to 30 minutes before with no penalty. You will receive a voucher valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Non-Refundable
The date is fixed and cannot be cancelled or modified.
How to modify or cancel a booking:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Orders and Check-in.
- Select the booking.
- Update the number of participants or cancel
- Go to “Vouchers and Gift Cards.”
- Choose the voucher to share.
- Select “Copy” or “Share.”
- The code can be used in the cart before payment to deduct the voucher value from the total booking amount.
Gift

The Gift Card is a sliding scale shopping voucher that can be used for multiple purchases until the credit is exhausted. The Gift Coupon is valid for one full year from the day of purchase. It is not nominal and can be transferred to a third party.

Dive session with scuba guide Y-40®
This ticket is for one person. The Y-40® professional guide can supervise a maximum of three divers per session
Dive with scuba tanks into the thermal water of the record-breaking pool, accompanied by a Y-40® scuba guide.
You will then be able to gradually descend onto platforms at different depths, up to the maximum depth of your certification, in a pleasant and balanced experience.
You will need to bring: mask, snorkel, scuba computer, bathrobe, pool slippers and locker lock.
You can rent with a deposit ID: mask and computer (€5 per piece per session), while supplies last.
Wetsuit and cap are not mandatory.
