Intro
Ticket for scuba diving in Y-40®, for certified divers and buddy system or for students, even without a certification, who dive with their own instructor.
This ticket allows you to dive and use freely on all platforms at different depths, respecting didactics and exclusively occupied areas. You can enter the world’s first artificial underwater caves designed for cave diving exercises. These spaces are illuminated by natural light and can be traversed without difficulty by beginners, although some passages require some attention.
Maximum depth: -42,15 meters (138 feet), in compliance with the briefing.
Session: 45 minutes
Thermal water: 32-34°C (89.6-93.2°F)

Requirements
Prerequisites: it is mandatory to dive with at least one certified buddy if you have a certification, or with an instructor.
Minimum age: 8 years old
Personal Y-40® account: all diving participants are required to create an account on Y-40.com by entering their personal data, a photo of their identity document and signing the regulations.
Those who are already certified have to enter the data and photos of their dive certification.
Instructors have to complete the form by also entering their insurance data.
Medical certificate: not required.

Y-40® Ticket

Modify/Cancel
Flexible
You can modify or cancel up to 30 minutes before, with a 15% penalty. You will receive a voucher valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Refundable
You can modify or cancel up to 30 minutes before with no penalty. You will receive a voucher valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Non-Refundable
The date is fixed and cannot be cancelled or modified.
How to modify or cancel a booking:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Orders and Check-in.
- Select the booking.
- Update the number of participants or cancel
- Go to “Vouchers and Gift Cards.”
- Choose the voucher to share.
- Select “Copy” or “Share.”
- The code can be used in the cart before payment to deduct the voucher value from the total booking amount.

The Gift Card is a sliding scale shopping voucher that can be used for multiple purchases until the credit is exhausted. The Gift Coupon is valid for one full year from the day of purchase. It is not nominal and can be transferred to a third party.

Ticket for scuba diving in Y-40® with dive certification and buddy system or for instructors diving with students, even without a certification.
By choosing this ticket, you can dive for 45′ minutes in the underwater space of Y-40®, descending into the depths and training your buoyancy.
Y-40® is a safe environment during scuba courses and an ideal underwater gym to maintain and improve your diving technique after obtaining your scuba certification.
Dive year-round in the world’s deepest thermal pool and get ready for your next diving vacation. At Y-40® you can go underwater without wetsuit, thanks to the presence of deep hyperthermal saline-bromine-iodine source water at 32-34°C (89-93°F).
In the 15 minutes prior to the start of the session, after attending the safety briefing, you can assemble the equipment, which you will find arranged on carts placed poolside.
Y-40® has different platforms at varying depths (-1.3m, -5m, -6m, -8m, -10m, -12m, -15m, -42m), which you can use freely within didactics and exclusive occupied areas.
You can enter the world’s first artificial underwater caves designed for cave-diving exercises. These spaces are illuminated by natural light and can be traversed without difficulty by beginners, although some passages require some attention.
Only the most experienced can also enter the underwater tunnel (10m long and 80 cm wide), or profile the 60-meter caving route.
All participants are required to bring their certification, except for 1st level course students if they dive with their instructor; and the use of a dive computer is mandatory, regardless of the depth reached.
Each participant is required to complete and sign the regulations online before arriving at Y-40®.
