Introduction
Freediving ticket for dives with Y-40® trainer, for certified freedivers, even alone, who dive with a Y-40® instructor.
The Y-40® trainer aims to evaluate technical improvements, give advice with practical insights into freediving, suggestions and corrections.
There are 3 cables in the deep cylinder that require regular rotation without exceeding the occupation before and after the dive. For dives in the cylinder, the use of the lanyard is mandatory.

Thermal water: 32-34°C
What to bring:

You can rent with a deposit ID:
- Plastic and carbon fins and monofins (free of charge)
- Mask and computer (€ 5 per piece per session), while supplies last
- Wetsuit and cap are not mandatory
Requirements
It is mandatory to have a freedive certification card.
Minimum age: 18 years old.
It is mandatory to dive in compliance with the instructions provided by the instructors, trainers, tutors, and assistants who will conduct the sessions.
Medical certificate: a non-competitive sports medical certificate with ECG (electrocardiogram) is required, or a competitive medical certificate for any sport.
Y-40® Account: Each participant must have an account with:
- ID information and photo
- Certification information and photo, if already certified or an instructor

The trainer will help you improve your diving technique and will accompany you throughout the session.

The Y-40® trainer, in addition to acting as a buddy and ensuring safety, has the objective of evaluating technical improvements, giving advice for underwater training and providing a sort of practical in-depth study of freediving, with suggestions and corrections.
The freediver must wear and use the freediving computer, regardless of the depth he intends to reach.
Activity available according to the shifts in the online calendar.
You will need to bring: mask, snorkel, apnea computer, fins, swimsuit, bathrobe, pool slippers and locker lock.
