Introduction
This ticket includes entry for one certified freediver, even alone, and supervision by a Y-40® instructor. Valid every Wednesday evening from 06:30 PM to 08:00 PM.
Maximum depth: based on your freediving certification
Duration: 85 minutes of immersion in Y-40®
Thermal water: 32-34°C
What to bring:
- Mask and snorkel
- Freediving computer
- Fins
- Swimsuit, towel and pool slippers
- Bag to store your belongings and locker
It is possible to rent with an identity document on deposit:
- Plastic and carbon fins and monofins (free)
- Mask and computer (€5 per piece per session), while stocks last
- Wetsuit and cap are not mandatory
Requirements
Freedive certification card is mandatory.
Minimum age: 18 years old.
It is mandatory to dive in compliance with the instructions provided by the instructors, trainers, tutors, and assistants who will conduct the sessions.

Dive into Y-40 even if you are alone!
The Y-40® instructor allows you to freedive, even if you don’t have a person who will enter the water with you.
This ticket is available on Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 7:55 PM from October to May inclusive. You can dive into the world’s deepest thermal pool even without a wetsuit, thanks to the temperature of the hyperthermal deep-sea salt-bromine-iodine water, which is 32-34°C.
This ticket allows you to dive throughout the pool under the supervision of a Y-40® instructor. You’ll find cables located on the platforms at different depths (-1.3m, -5m, -6m, -8m, -10m, -12m, -15m, -42m), which you can use freely, respecting the teaching methods, the designated areas, and the instructions of the Y-40® staff.
You will need to bring: mask, snorkel, freediving computer, fins, swimsuit, bathrobe, pool slippers and locker locker.

Wetsuit and cap are not mandatory.
