EFR training leads to awareness and a better response to an emergency in all situations of everyday life and diving.
You will discover first aid steps and incident management. This course will teach you the techniques of help to comrades who need it, making you useful while waiting for the medical staff to arrive.

You will learn:
Apply Basic Life Support (BLS);
Do RCP and artificial breathing (non-professional level);
Prevent a handle shock;
Manage spinal lesions;
Use blocks to reduce the risk of illnesses’ transmissions;
Know the basics of first aid and the first-aid kit.
